We invite applications for the position of Administrative Support Assistant Manager.
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to School Chair and faculty.
This can include providing secretariat support for Chair and School Search Committee for faculty and School Re-appointment Committee.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Chair (EEE) in terms of calendar and travel management, coordination of meetings and reimbursement matters on a timely basis
Handle sensitive and confidential matters and provide support to ensure necessary flow of information to relevant stakeholders
Support School Search Committee (SSC) for new faculty
Plan, coordinate and support for faculty matters like contract renewal, re-employment and promotion
Create and maintain database on faculty matters
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability in supporting C Suite executives / or senior management
Proficient with standard MS office software (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Possess strong written and spoken communication skills
Able to write and correspond professionally
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
