The Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with corporate partners and educational institutions to drive enrolments for Kaplan Singapore’s diploma, UG and PG programs.
The role focuses on two key functions:
Expanding the B2B corporate client base through partnership outreach and training solutions.
Collaborating with educational institutions to promote diploma programs and generate referral pipelines.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with corporates, SMEs, and government-linked companies to promote Kaplan’s Diploma, UG and PG offerings.
Develop customized corporate training proposals in collaboration with academic and product teams.
Manage and grow corporate accounts through relationship building and regular engagement.
Represent Kaplan at corporate events, HR conferences, and networking sessions.
Work closely with Marketing to design campaigns targeted at corporate learning and upskilling initiatives.
Track and report on partnership pipelines, conversion rates, and corporate engagement activities.
Build and maintain relationships with education institutions to promote Kaplan diploma, UG and PG programs.
Conduct school visits, info sessions, and outreach talks to educate students, on Kaplan’s academic pathways.
Develop referral programs and manage incentive structures for Education Institution partners.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth referral processes and track performance.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or education business development.
Prior experience in the education or training sector will be strongly preferred.
An ideal candidate should have strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Experience in B2B business development or educational sales.
Ability to plan and execute marketing and partnership campaigns.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Good understanding of Singapore’s education landscape and Business development.
Other Information:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)
