Our client, a leader in the Automotive Industry with multiple Brands looking for ASSISTANT MANAGER (INSURANCE OPERATIONS)
(Note: This is not an Insurance claim role)
- Diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related fields.
- Insurance certifications (e.g., CGI, SCI certifications) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in motor insurance handling (new business and renewals).
- Experience in liaising with insurance companies and managing commissions, policy issuance, and renewals.
- Able to spot discrepancies in policy and commission statements and follow up diligently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with customers, insurers, and internal teams.
- Confident in reviewing and negotiating insurance products and terms.
- Capable of handling customer queries and ensuring a smooth renewal experience.
- Able to handle multiple deadlines, especially for policy issuance and renewal cycles.
