Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and team performance
- Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Support in planning, implementing, and monitoring business strategies
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Train, mentor, and motivate junior staff members
- Contribute to process improvement and workflow optimization
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a supervisory/management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Be able to speak, read, write, and listen to both Mandarin and English fluently
