What you'll be doing
- Assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures to maintain high levels of efficiency and quality
- Coordinating the work of various teams, such as front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure a cohesive and well-functioning operation
- Identifying and addressing any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Contributing to the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth and profitability
- Participating in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimise resource allocation and performance
- Leading and mentoring a team of supervisors and frontline staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality or tourism industry
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
