The incumbent will play a key role in supporting the planning, administration, and delivery of NTU’s FlexiMaster (FM) programmes, Summer School, and other bespoke initiatives.
Working closely with the Assistant Chair, Programme Director (PD), and Senior Assistant Director, the incumbent’s role involves running programme operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of academic and administrative processes.
The incumbent will also contribute to publicity and outreach efforts, instructor engagement, and learner support, with the shared goal of delivering high-quality outcomes across these programmes.
Responsibilities:
1.
FlexiMaster (FM) Programmes
Manage publicity, outreach, and marketing of FM programmes to prospective candidates
Oversee the administration, logistics, and learner support for FM courses, including scheduling, attendance, and assessment matters
Support the Programme Director in instructor management, including sourcing, appointments, and payments
Serve as the main liaison for instructors and learners on programme-related enquiries

Summer School & Bespoke Programmes
Coordinate publicity, outreach, and marketing of the Summer School to overseas students and universities
Support student admission and matriculation matters in collaboration with Office of Global Education & Mobility (OGEM)
Assist the Assistant Chair in instructor engagement and student assessment matters
Provide administrative and logistical support for the Summer School & Bespoke Programmes
Coordinate fee billing and related financial arrangements with partner universities
Requirements
Recognized Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) preferred
Strong administrative skills in particular, meticulous with details to keep track of progress status / completion within set timelines.
Customer service oriented as in possessing a positive attitude to approach each situation with a solution.
Open minded team player who readily communicates and objectively keeps the team goals in view.
Good communications skills in both written and spoken to handle diverse levels of stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
