Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of corporate communications strategies aligned with the firm’s objectives;
Provide sound communications counsel and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in corporate messaging across all channels;
Oversee awards programme, including managing timelines and submissions;
Draft, edit and proofread a range of corporate materials including publications, award submissions, media releases, web articles and EDMs;
Manage and update the firm’s website, social media platforms and intranet with accurate and engaging content;
Contribute to the development and production of brand content, such as corporate videos and marketing collateral;
Assist with media relations, including facilitating media requests and supporting media coverage opportunities;
Manage and coordinate key corporate events;
Guide junior team members, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
Requirements
5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience, with some supervisory responsibilities;
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Business;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement at all levels;
Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent writing, presentation, and visual communication skills;
Experience in managing digital platforms, public relations, and media relations;
Design and architecture industry experience is a plus.
