he main responsibilities will include the following:
To provide appropriate solutions to the business requirements from various Overseas countries on Salesforce CRM and Customer Data Management (CDM) products To oversee and manage the technical / development work done in solutions ensuring that all work performed including that of 3rd party suppliers adheres to the best practices and standard guidelines To ensure continuous improvement during or after project execution (i.e. lessons learnt, simplification of - project methodology, tools used etc.) with Waterfall or Lean Agile methodology To support the development of a platform for managing the CRM journey by providing CRM business process consultancy in both wholesale and retail levels To deliver consultancy on critical CRM capabilities and collaborate across channels and departmental boundares Qualifications:
Degree in Information Technology or Engineering Course Salesforce certification (Admin, Dev, App Builder, Advanced Dev, etc.) is desirable Domain knowledge with respect to Automotive Business - Sales and After Sales Has been working in Salesforce in functional and technical areas for minimum of 5 years Proficiency in configuration and customization in Salesforce.com, Apex and Visual force technologies Working experience in SFDC configuration, customization and development is an added advantage Hands on work experience with Salesforce.com web services, WSDL and experience in other integration aspects is desirable Worked on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics Cloud and App Exchange Products Good work experience in Reports and Dashboards Good understanding of overall SFDC architecture & landscape Thorough understanding of object oriented concepts Knowledge and experience on Project Management Framework and its methodologies incl.
