Join a performance-driven team overseeing a portfolio of over 25 hotels and serviced residences across Singapore, Japan, and Malaysia.
This role is pivotal in driving incremental revenue through online distribution channels, with a focus on strengthening performance.
As Assistant Manager, E-commerce Distribution & Analysis, you will formulate and implement e-commerce strategies, evaluate new distribution opportunities, and manage relationships with online travel agents (OTAs).
You will work closely with Revenue Managers, Channel Managers, and Marketing & Analytics specialists to optimise online performance and uphold rate integrity.Analyse and report on hotel performance across OTAs and platforms.

Evaluate effectiveness of new e-commerce solutions and digital campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with OTAs and e-commerce solution providers. Monitor rate parity across all online platforms.
Guide vendors to conduct test bookings to identify wholesale leakage. Document learnings and develop best-practice playbooks for internal adoption. Advise hotel teams on OTA extranet issues, content, and setup optimisation. Lead internal training sessions to share insights and ensure alignment on best practices. Undertake any other duties assigned by superiors diligently and professionally. Requirements
2 years of experience in E-commerce marketing, analysis, or hospitality revenue management.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Results-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Knowledge of hospitality distribution systems, OTA extranets, channel managers, or rate monitoring tools is a strong advantage.
