Job Responsibilities
Attractions Producer: Renewal & Innovation
Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for attraction renewal aligned with organizational goals and guest expectations.
Identify emerging technologies and trends in themed entertainment, immersive experiences, and smart operations.
Lead cross-functional teams through concept development, prototyping, and implementation phases.
Define and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring milestones are met and resources are optimized.
Evaluate and select innovative technologies (e.g., AR/VR, AI-driven personalization, IoT, robotics) for integration into the attraction.
Collaborate with tech vendors, creative studios, and engineering partners to ensure seamless implementation.
Oversee attractions renewal timelines, budgets, and deliverables from concept to installation making sure exhibitions and programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with institutional goals.
Monitor and maintain budgets for attractions renewal including obtaining estimates, raising orders, processing invoices and maintaining budget files.
Champion creative vision while balancing technical feasibility and guest‐centric elevated experience.
Conduct user testing and feedback loops to refine concepts and ensure high satisfaction.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to deliver high quality, innovative experiences.
Ensure renewed attraction meets safety, sustainability, and operational efficiency standards.
Develop training programmes for staff to operate and maintain new systems effectively.
Attractions Events Programming
Develop and execute engaging, guest‐centric events programming across all attractions, including seasonal and thematic experiences.
Conceptualise and lead large‐scale, attraction‐wide festivals such as National Day, Formula 1, and New Year’s Eve Countdown, managing end‐to‐end planning and partner coordination.
Research, identify and implement innovative commercial opportunities and upgrades to enhance guest experience and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, guest experience) and external partners to ensure seamless program delivery and alignment with brand standards.
Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines and budgets for all programmes and events.
Monitor and evaluate programme performance using guest feedback, attendance data and commercial outcomes to inform future initiatives.
Support the enhancement of key attraction areas, such as the SkyPark Observation Deck, to elevate the overall guest experience.
Work closely with the Attractions leadership team on business planning, strategic development and implementation of new initiatives and partnerships.
Collaborate cross‐departmentally to package and promote new offerings and strategic opportunities across the attraction portfolio.
About the Attractions Department
The Attractions department comprises 150 staff across ArtScience, SkyPark Observation Deck, Digital Light Canvas and the Sampan (Canal Boat Ride) boat rides.
Key assets include:
ArtScience Museum – cultural component exploring the intersection between art, science, technology and culture.
SkyPark Observation Deck – located 56 storeys up, offering scenic views of Marina Bay.
Digital Light Canvas – interactive artwork by teamLab, inviting visitors to step beyond the boundaries of physical space.
Sampan (Canal Boat Ride) – leisurely ride along the canal with an eco‐friendly Rain Oculus installation.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Experience Design, Digital Media or related field.
Experience
5+ years of experience in attraction development, themed entertainment or technology‐driven experience design.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects involving digital transformation or experiential innovation.
Advanced certifications in project management, data analytics or immersive technology (preferred).
Strong understanding of guest experience design, systems integration and project management.
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Up‐to‐date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies.
Ability to scout and implement global trends and creative concepts.
Experience working with artists, technologists and designers to co‐develop experiences.
Strong skills in managing timelines, budgets and resources across multiple projects.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution.
Experience in preparing reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‐paced environment.
Availability to work in the evenings and on weekends as necessary.
