Assistant Manager, Facilities Management

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the facilities management operations of the clinics including Headquarter.
- Responsible for budget planning, outsourcing, tendering and awarding of contracts, as well as creating, monitoring and delivering on KPIs
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the requirements
- Manage, develop, plan and execute all approved expenditures
- Recommend and advise on outsourcing strategies, review and devise improvements for processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
- Manage both medical and non medical service contracts
- Manage all repairs and facilities maintenance projects
- Conduct regular meetings with and survey of contractors
- Coordinate all regular servicing, repairs and site building/ground breakdown on emergency basis
- Lead a team of officers and contractors to manage the day-to-day maintenance, functional operations of clinics
- Ensure that facilities management and security pass ESS, JCI and OHSAS certification
