Assistant Manager, Graduate Admissions Job Opening In Singapore Highway Strip Pioneer – Now Hiring Nanyang Technological University


Job description

The Office of Admission is part of the Student and Academic Services (SAS) community, which comprises staff from the central Department i.e. Student & Academic Services Dept (SASD), schools, colleges, and autonomous institutes.

SASD takes pride in providing services which cover the entire student life cycle from admission through matriculation to graduation & beyond the classroom.

The incumbent in Office of Admissions shall support admissions for postgraduate programmes and contribute to the efforts to enhance student experience.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate and work closely with all stakeholders to achieve programme admission goals, fostering a collaborative approach to success.

  • Verify and analyse applicant information for accuracy, relevance, and completeness to ensure informed decision-making.

  • Database management in maintaining data repositories and systems, ensuring key stakeholders' access to regular reports for effective decision making.

  • Analyse and evaluate data, market trends, existing partnerships and services with stakeholders, on their impact on enrolment numbers and propose effective measures in meeting the University's targets and objectives.

  • Oversee website maintenance and updates to support publicity activities for prospects, ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience.

  • Manage and provide comprehensive guidance to prospects in their application journey and promote initiatives to enhance applicants' experience.

  • Provide support in the planning and performing of any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field from a recognized University.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably in the education industry.

  • Has experience handling graduate admissions or operations.

  • Meticulous and high attention to details.

  • Energetic, resilient, and receptive to change.

  • Critical thinker, fast learner, and a good team player.

  • High integrity is a must.

  • Service-oriented mindset.

  • Knowledge in data analytics and use of Power BI will be of an added advantage.
