Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned service point operations, including front counter and administrative functions
Collaborate with Nurse Managers and stakeholders to address system and process challenges
Work alongside department managers to enhance patient experience throughout the care journey
Ensure facilities are safe, patient-friendly, and meet regulatory standards
Partner with Operations and Admin managers to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Develop and implement innovative service improvements to exceed customer expectations
Achieve volume and financial targets by developing business plans with clinical leaders
Oversee budgeting and financial reviews in coordination with clinical heads
Lead and manage a team of non-nursing staff, including recruitment, training, appraisal, and retention
Facilitate effective two-way communication between staff and management
Participate in committees and undertake additional duties as assigned
Engage in job rotations across different operational areas after 3 years
Job Requirements
Min Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Min 3 years’ experience in the healthcare industry (healthcare operational experience is a plus)
Min 2 years’ experience managing frontline staff
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
