Overview
The role partners with hiring managers to acquire the best talents to meet business needs and implements talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to drive effective recruitment.
It provides HR advisory services to Business Units (BUs) to meet business goals.
It supports business strategy implementation (manpower strategies, talent development).
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to acquire the best talents to meet business needs.
- Implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to drive effective recruitment.
- Provide HR advisory services to Business Units (BUs) to meet business goals.
- Support business strategy implementation (manpower strategies, talent development).
- Manage full spectrum of HR operational matters, including onboarding, transfers, appointments, re-employment, contract renewals, disciplinary matters, performance management, and offboarding.
- Manage and provide guidance and coaching to managers and team members.
- Manage team member engagement and relations.
- Implement HR solutions and ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
- Participate in progressive HR or cross-functional improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR or a business-related discipline with minimum 5 years of experience in hiring and business partnering.
- Confident and articulate, with good people management and judgement abilities.
- Able to think on the feet and provide appropriate HR advice and solutions.
- High energy and drive to manage high volume and dynamic ground issues.
- Meticulous, organised and analytical.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
