Reporting to Manager HR (Talent Management & Career Development), this role supports the design, implementation and management of talent strategies that enhance employee development, career growth and overall organisational capability.
Talent Management
Develop, implement and continuously enhance the framework on talent development, including the identification and development of high-potential employees (HIPOs).
Support use of suite of development tools for talents and recommend appropriate interventions where applicable.
Track attrition rate of high potential employees (HIPOs) and conduct analytics on health of talent pipeline to identify gaps and trigger conversations to enhance processes and strengthen the pipeline.
Support development initiatives and intervention plans for HIPOs, including leadership programs, and other professional development.
Support talent review sessions to identify HIPOs
Support succession planning for critical leadership and specialist roles
Developing, implementing, and administering the organization's performance management framework.
Facilitating calibration sessions to ensure consistency and fairness in performance ratings.
Regularly evaluating the effectiveness of performance management systems and recommending enhancements.
Maintain an organization-wide competency framework that supports role clarity, career development, and performance management.
Support implementation of structured career pathways and development plans for key talent segments (currently includes the GM/DGM Trainee programme and LAE-Executive Development programme).
Manage scholarship programs (both pre-service), including identification, award and management of scholars, including internship stints for undergraduate students
Support development and execution of scholar development programmes to groom next generation of leaders
Liaise with HRBPs for deployment of scholars
Manage onboarding programs to facilitate assimilation and improve employee experience and effectiveness.
To research, recommend and implement best practices to drive the Company’s strategic HR objectives and enhance employee experience
Assist in the preparation of materials for Staff Committee, Compensation & HR Committee, and Posting Committee
Managerial Admin and Operational Oversight
Manage end-to-end HR administration for all managerial staff in the Company such as recruitment, compensation and performance management
Collaborate with other HR functions and business units to align talent strategies with organizational goals
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related qualification
At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in talent development or organizational development.
Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to work across departments.
Professional Skills
Good knowledge of talent management and talent development practices.
Proficiency in data analysis and HRIS systems, with the ability to present complex data to senior stakeholders and persuade them to adopt strategic initiatives.
Results-driven and highly collaborative with strong relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills with good ability to present one’s ideas with conviction and persuasively.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
