Assistant Manager, Medical HR
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Assistant Manager, Medical HR to oversee key HR functions supporting medical manpower planning and development.
This role requires close collaboration with department leaders to ensure effective workforce planning, recruitment, and engagement strategies are in place to meet operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to advise, plan, and establish medical manpower structures that support service deliverables.
- Conduct workload analysis to project manpower requirements and recruit qualified medical doctors.
- Monitor and analyze attrition trends, implement strategies to improve manpower fill rates, and address workforce gaps proactively.
- Drive end-to-end talent management initiatives including acquisition, engagement, development, succession planning, compensation, and performance management.
- Champion staff wellness and engagement programs to strengthen retention and morale.
- Participate in improvement projects to enhance patient safety, service quality, and workforce efficiency.
- Identify, recommend, and implement best practices, HR policies, and protocols to optimize manpower management.
What we're looking for
- Minimum Diploma education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR TA and Business Partner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage C-suite, Professionals, Department Head's expectation
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
- Available immediate, minimum commitment for 1 year.
