Assistant Manager, Human Resource
Responsibilities
- Assist in performance management cycle, including rewards, recognition, and promotion processes
- Assist in the design and review of salary structures
- Manage employee benefits and administer bonuses, salary increments, and incentive programmes
- Review, design, and implement total rewards and benefits programmes
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration
- Manage employment contracts, HR documentation, and employee records
- Drive HR system implementation and enhancement projects
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
● Minimum 6 years of HR, with strong exposure in Compensation and Benefits
● Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
● Well versed in Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
● Team player and self-driven, with a passion to make a positive impact to the organization
