Roles & Responsibilities Salary: Up to $4,500/month
Location: Queenstown
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Daily Operations (Main Focus):
- Oversee daily ward operations and reception services
- Work with nursing and support teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
- Monitor and improve patient experience and service efficiency
- Manage ward-related improvement and infrastructure projects
- Support financial, manpower, and training planning
- Handle service feedback and ensure effective follow-up
2.
Projects & Process Improvement:
- Participate in quality improvement, IT, and hospital transformation projects
- Review and improve processes for better care and efficiency
- Contribute to Redevelopment initiatives
3.
General Support:
- Support relevant hospital committees
- Take on additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min.
Degree in any discipline - Min 2 years of work experience (healthcare/service industry preferred)
- Strong in communication, organisation, and coordination
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Project management experience a plus
