About Department and Purpose of the Position
The Kent Ridge Office of Resources (KROR) was established in 2024 to develop and coordinate NUH’s financial resilience and long-term viability given multi-faceted challenges such as caring for an aging population amidst escalating healthcare cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid cross-functional teams in identifying and enhancing efficiency and financial sustainability in operational and clinical processes to support the hospital’s 2030 strategic plan
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement AVBC initiatives that deliver appropriate and better value care within NUH
- Partake in gathering, cleaning and integrating data to ensure its quality and usability for downstream analytics and regular reporting purposes
- Develop and maintain comprehensive communication strategies and stakeholder engagement frameworks
- Provide secretariat support and/or participate as an active member in the committees and workgroups contributing to KROR and AVBC
- Assist to perform any other ad hoc project and duties assigned
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Preferably in the Healthcare industry with at least 2-5 years of related working experiences
- Experience in biomedical and/or financial data analytics, including data wrangling, analysis, and visualization to derive conclusions and recommendations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in Power BI dashboard application will be an advantage - Possess basic competency in clinical quality frameworks and methodologies for measuring quality and clinical quality improvement tools
- Pro-active, quality conscious, meticulous and results oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Good team player, responsive and adaptive to a dynamic working environment
