Conduct e-learning needs analysis to understand clients' training goals and desired learning outcomes.
Review and evaluate clients' existing training programs, and recommend strategies for conversion into blended or digital formats.
Design and develop curriculum integrating technology and sound pedagogical approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
Lead and supervise a team of instructional designers and content developers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of e-learning content.
Oversee the creation of multimedia-rich materials, including videos, animations, and interactive modules.
Guide the team in translating learning objectives into engaging and effective storyboards.
Ensure the quality of e-learning solutions through testing, reviews, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and developers to align content with learning objectives and outcomes.
Monitor project progress, provide coaching and feedback to team members, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
Requirements
Degree in any discipline.
ACTA / ACLP / DACE certified (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment / Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education).
1–2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training.
Experience leading or coordinating a small team is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with the ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively across functions.
