· Conduct e-learning needs analysis to understand clients' training goals and desired learning outcomes.
· Review and evaluate clients' existing training programs, and recommend strategies for conversion into blended or digital formats.
· Design and develop curriculum integrating technology and sound pedagogical approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
· Lead and supervise a team of instructional designers and content developers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of e-learning content.
· Oversee the creation of multimedia-rich materials, including videos, animations, and interactive modules.
· Guide the team in translating learning objectives into engaging and effective storyboards.
· Ensure the quality of e-learning solutions through testing, reviews, and continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and developers to align content with learning objectives and outcomes.
· Monitor project progress, provide coaching and feedback to team members, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
Requirements
· Degree in any discipline.
· ACTA / ACLP / DACE certified (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment / Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education).
· 1–2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training.
· Experience leading or coordinating a small team is an advantage.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· A team player with the ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively across functions.
