Key Responsibilities:
Lead Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient resource management.
Oversee implementation of key initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, and Age Well SG.
Drive service improvement projects, streamline workflows, and adopt best operational practices.
Collaborate with the Head of the departments to enhance patient care and experience.
Coach and develop operations staff, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Work with cross-functional teams on areas such as:
Manpower planning and staff training
Service and digital transformation
Policy and process development
New department setup and emergency planning
Support organizational goals in enhancing care accessibility, efficiency, and service quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
At least 3 to 6 years (or above) of experience in operations management, service quality or customer feedback experience
Prior experience in
healthcare/ social services/ government industry is an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven track record in leading improvement initiatives and managing teams
