The key purpose of this role is to support student outreach, recruitment, and admission functions to attract the best students.
This role reports to the Assistant Director of Graduate Studies.
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
Support the Graduate Studies Office's marketing activities to meet recruitment goals.
Assist program managers in planning and executing marketing and outreach campaigns.
Create visuals for social media, EDMs, and other channels, collaborating on layouts and graphics.
Support recruitment efforts through inquiries, events, CRM management, and other tasks.
Administer and process applications from submission to matriculation.
Coordinate with students for marketing, admissions, and recruitment activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders for related activities.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in visual design preferred.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
Knowledge of media channels, content, and social media marketing.
Experience in event management.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present to stakeholders.
Interpersonal and collaborative skills.
