Role & Responsibilities
- To achieve set fundraising targets through planning and implementation of assigned fund-raising events and campaigns.
- To manage key donor accounts which includes regular communications, tracking donations and development of the donor engagement plan
- To strategise, evaluate and develop plans to build donor and volunteer networks, engagement and relationship management
- To identify donor prospects and garner new donors
- To increase monthly giving
- To implement and manage the execution of plans and activities to achieve set fundraising and engagement objectives
- To provide strategic input on the messaging angles and approaches of fundraising appeals
- To provide data analyses on campaign performances and available donor data with the view to enhance donations, relationships and engagement outcomes
- To guide and supervise team responsible for donor engagement, partnerships and fundraising
Qualifications, Competencies & Experience
- Minimum a Degree
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience,
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, and independent worker
- Hardworking and meticulous with a positive attitude
- Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment
