As a Assistant Manager, Operation Support Services (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee and ensure the effectiveness of security measures and protocols.
- Develop and implement security procedures to protect assets, personnel, and visitors.
- Regularly collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to review and enhance security outcomes.
- Manage the operation of carpark facilities, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day management.
- Monitor and troubleshoot parking systems and resolve related issues promptly.
- Oversee the provision of general services such as facility management, cleaning, and office services.
Supervise contracts and ensure adherence to agreed service level agreements.
- Manage the issuance, inventory, and security of keys used within the organization.
- Implement and execute procedures tailored to Code Black situations, ensuring team preparedness.
- Work closely with engineering teams to monitor electrical systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Support the planning and execution of electrical maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Deliver recommendations for service enhancements in security, carpark, and engineering systems.
- Conduct regular reviews of policies, providing input to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in public safety, engineering and security.
- Min.
2-3 years of relevant working experience.
