The Role
Working hrs: 5.25 days ( Mon- Fri office hrs, Alternate Sat morning)
Assist manager in managing the daily operations of the department and participate in the planning of strategic goals and objectives of the department
Key accountabilities
Provide quality patient reception services at Radiologic Clinics
Co-operate and co-ordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery throughout the service cycle is efficient and effective.
Provides leadership in both technical and non technical areas and ensure all groups work as a team
Ensures review of processes to ensure efficiency of workflow
Experience in planning and coordinating onsite screening is a plus
Qualifications & Experience
A Diploma or its equivalent.
Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the service industry.
