Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of workplace safety and health (WSH) programmes and initiatives.
- Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure adherence to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and reporting requirements.
- Participate in design-for-safety discussions, risk assessments and permit-to-work reviews for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Maintain the organisation's risk registry and ensure compliance with applicable safety and health regulations.
- Coordinate and support internal WSH training sessions, awareness campaigns and safety promotion activities.
- Monitor, review and recommend improvements to enhance workplace safety and health standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Valid registration as a Workplace Safety & Health Officer with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Experience in workplace safety and health practices, preferably in healthcare or related sectors.
- Knowledge of safety or quality certification programmes (e.g. ISO standards, safety management systems) will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
