Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations and systems for Security & Carpark Management
- Administration of carpark policies.
- Vendor performance management (maintenance, breakdown response, cost control).
- Proper upkeep of master keys, issuance process, and audit compliance.
- Review and follow-up on security incidents.
- Conduct regular staff dialogue sessions.
- Handle service-related feedback and propose improvements.
- Drive service initiatives and operational enhancements.
- Review service/lease/license contracts to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal departments and functional units to improve service delivery.
- Manage incident reviews, corrective actions, and workflow updates.
- Support departmental logistics, equipment, procurement, payments, and records management.
- Assist with updating policies, SOPs, emergency response plans, and budget preparation.
Requirement:
- Degree holder in related fields.
- Relevant working experience in operations, or security management.
- Strong service orientation and customer focus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with process improvement mindset.
