Job Description
Co-lead annual performance appraisal and promotion exercises for all job families
Facilitate and support manpower cost budgeting and audit exercises
Support the implementation of compensation programmes and initiatives in accordance with the organisation’s policies and directions
Support the team in the management of annual compensation cycle including salary review and increment exercises, bonuses payouts and other annual payments
You will also be expected to take on opportunity to participate in horizontal job rotation assignments, including within the Performance & Rewards (P&R) team, to broaden functional exposure and strengthen cross team collaboration
Any other projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree from a recognised university.
Post-graduate diploma in compensation & benefits or IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) preferred
Minimum 5 year’s relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel
Meticulous with strong analytical proficiency
Good verbal and written communication
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be an asset
