You will be responsible in sourcing, procuring, and managing goods and services for the company by coordinating with vendors, managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and monitoring inventory to achieve cost efficiencies and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Vendor and Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers, managing their performance and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
· Sourcing and Negotiation: Lead procurement activities, including evaluating proposals, conducting negotiations, and securing favorable commercial terms and conditions from suppliers.
· Contract Management: Oversee the creation, review, and approval of procurement contracts and agreements, coordinating with legal and internal stakeholders.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align procurement strategies with business objectives
· Procurement Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the procurement function, including SAP
· Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve the efficiency of procurement processes, contributing to the overall financial goals of the company.
Requirements :
· Degree/Diploma or equivalent
· Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in F&B industry with at least 2 - 3 years in a managerial position
· Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in SAP
