Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and forward-thinking Assistant Manager (Programme & Curriculum Development) to lead the design and innovation of M&A Education full suite of programmes — including Public Speaking, Chinese Speech, Phonics, Early Childhood, and Adult Communication Workshops.
This role bridges education, creativity, and leadership, shaping programmes that inspire confidence and communication excellence across all ages — from children to working professionals.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and update curriculum for Public Speaking (English & Chinese), Phonics, and other creative enrichment programmes.
· Integrate 21st-century skills such as communication, confidence building, and creative expression into lesson design.
· Develop thematic and experiential workshops that are fun, marketable, and parent-appealing.
· Ensure all lesson materials, PowerPoint slides, and activity guides are professionally structured and visually engaging.
Programme Management & Training
· Conduct curriculum audits to ensure lesson quality, consistency, and student engagement.
· Collaborate with Academy Director and marketing teams to create attractive programme packages and workshop content that drive enrolment and retention.
· Oversee pilot testing and feedback collection for continuous improvement.
Content Creation & Branding
· Develop scripts, worksheets, and visuals aligned with brand tone and learning outcomes.
· Collaborate with media and production teams to design interactive learning videos and digital resources for online or hybrid delivery.
· Contribute to showcase events and public speaking competitions by curating themes, rubrics, and student performance materials.
Stakeholder Communication
· Work closely with the Academic Director to align curriculum strategy with business goals.
· Liaise with parents, schools, and external partners to enhance programme outreach.
· Prepare curriculum reports and documentation for accreditation or internal review.
