- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to acquire, nurture, engage and retain donors.
Research and implement new initiatives to increase donor database and income.
- Individually achieve fundraising target by cultivating existing and new strategic partners and accounts.
- Relationship management - Build and nurture relationships and CSR programmes with major donors, corporations, trusts and foundations through.
- Pro-actively acquire and identify potential new donors/partnerships to increase funding.
- Assist in organising Charity Events 3-4 times a year.
- Project/Event Management - Working with vendors, manage event and project budgets, conduct post-event evaluations.
- Public facing that involves giving presentations to donors, organisations and foundations, as well as attending networking events and conferences to build network of donors and partners.
- Copywrite for appeals.
- Develop new channels/partnerships for fund raising through webinars and corporate outreach.
- Increase yield of digital marketing channels.
- Build and grow database year on year.
- Prepare database for the mailing of all appeals, PIC newsletter, event invitations, annual reports, desktop calendars, electronic mailers and other mailing as and when required.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in business, communications, public relations or marketing.
- Proven experience in fundraising, business development, mass.
communications, digital marketing.
- Team player.
- Good organisation, communication, marketing and graphic designing skills.
- Able to work independently and flexibly, and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Must be IT savvy and adept at using various social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Heart of compassion for the vulnerables.
- Willingness to persevere and target driven.
