Main responsibilities will include the following core responsibilities:
Lead, optimize and coach Agile Release Trains (ART) Assist Solution Train Engineer manager during the release cycle, and drive all kinds of necessary delivery activity Leading and improving the flow of value through the ART Monitor, support in managing risks and raise impediments Support ART to deliver the committed changes e.g. help in formalizing SIT Test Strategy and Scenarios, coordinating and steering of end to end SIT across the CoC applications Supporting market UAT, follow up open issues/items/bugs/changes that are identified while UAT as well as ensuring the deployment readiness Plan and facilitate PI planning by encouraging continuous exploration that drives direction for a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post PI Planning meeting Identify dependencies, ensure the alignment for integration and monitor, track the topics Providing input and support on resource to mitigate critical bottlenecks Collaborate with rollout managers to maintain positive program rollout Manage program KPIs and support in measuring program success in collaboration with the product teams QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in an enterprise level technology organization in roles of either Project Management or Integration Management or Release Manager or Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer Experience in ALM tools like Jira, Confluence Experience with Agile methodology like Kanban, Scrum, SAFe Any organizational change management experience would be an added advantage Any Scaled Agile certification like SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Release Train Engineer would be an added advantage Multi-linguistic abilities would be an added advantage Required Skills:
Deep understanding of Agile Principles and how they are applied in a workplace culture Strong facilitation, flexibility with the ability to adapt to change Experience in leading teams through analysis and resolution of program issues Leadership skills in driving all phases of a release from concept to plan to execution to completion High enthusiasm and motivation to work in a pressure and agile transformation environment Exceptional collaboration, listening, written, and verbal communication skills, including an ability to clearly communicate with business users, management and IT teams Ability to work in an international and intercultural context Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required
