Job Description
Job Objective:
Agile Embed and drive Agile ceremonies, best practice and use of artifacts within all project teams, i.e. sprints, stand-ups, retro, show-and-tell Work closely with Product Owners in order to groom and proactively manage the respective backlogs and project timelines Ensure that over-all value is delivered in terms of user stories, epics and releases Interface with market Scrum Masters to report, track and ensure performance of local projects Continuously ensure that relevant DevOps principles, tools and methodologies are applied throughout the project teams and development silos are broken down Manage capacities, coherence, controls, quality and outputs of the development team Ensure cadence with Regional CoC, as well as general alignment between all Agile stakeholders that contribute to epics Drive outcomes (i.e. specific deliverables in the form of user stories) Ensure that wastes are identified and addressed Project- and program management support Ensure that sprints are completed according to over-all program time-line and budget Balancing and prioritizing business needs Support Agile Coach regarding ceremonies, artifacts, KPIs DevOps Continuously ensure that relevant DevOps principles, tools and methodologies are applied throughout the project teams Develop, implement and manage effective operational processes with focus on customer service Maintain management engagement with all stakeholders Ensure that end-to-end value is delivered according to expectation and requirement
Qualification Education Possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT / relevant field. Relevant Project Management qualification Experience Agile methodologies and tool-sets IT development process / life-cycle Specific Knowledge Understanding and commitment to IT as a service function and Agile methodology Good understanding of Daimler and / or automotive processes & applications in the international sales organization Very self-reliant working style Working in an international and intercultural context Good spoken and written English Good planning and organizational skills Good communication and training skills Ability to multitask and manage different priorities and delivers on time Independent and a self-motivator Effective change management agent
