Job description:
You will support the Senior Assistant Director, ODB to translate AgeWell SG (ASG)'s policies and initiatives into CSID's concepts of ground operation for: (1) ease of ground implementation across the 85 sub-regions (SRs) island-wide, and (2) to facilitate the change management and transformation process for the Community Care sector.
This will be achieved through
- Working with both AIC divisions and internal CSID branches to develop and align operational strategies for ground implementation of Integrated Community Care Providers (ICCP) across 85 SRs island-wide.
- Supporting in the development and execution of operational plans that facilitate the sector's transformation and change management.
- Analysing the ground feedback by AACs and SRs, in order to propose policy refinements to AIC and Ministry of Health.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support branch in strategic planning and execution of ICCP's ground implementation, as part of operationalising ASG
- Serve as the primary POC for the branch between CSID and other AIC divisions on ASG related matters.
- Prepare presentation slides for Senior Management to clearly articulate Branch's value proposition.
- Oversee and support other operational and administrative requirements for Branch.
- Provide secretariat support for Higher HQ meeting forum
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of related working experiences, preferably in community/ social care sector
- Collaborative mindset and comfortable in co-creating solutions with diverse stakeholders
- Strong written, analytical and communication skills
- Experience in implementing change in an ambiguous environment.
- Experienced and with a proven track record of conceptualization of plans, programme implementation and coordination.
- Strong collaborative and partnership building skills
- Ability to think strategically and anticipate potential pitfalls due to impending changes.
- Highly self-motivated, independent and a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
