(What the role is)
Assistant Manager, Vocational Investigation & Appeal
(What you will be working on)
Reporting to the Manager, your key responsibility is to conduct investigations into offences and assessing appeals relating to conduct of Vocational Licence (VL) holders and use of public service vehicles.
In addition, you will be required to undertake projects that improves work processes and efficiency, which may involve process reviews, systems development and statistical analysis.
You are also required to support the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the section.
