Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities:
- Set up process for day-to-day marketing operation
- Formulate marketing strategies and implement campaigns and events to drive higher traffic and increase tenant sales, including post campaigns review
- Plan and gather tenants' participation for joint collaborations event
- Liaise with advertising agencies, contractors, event companies to assist in campaigns and marketing collaterals
- Work closely with Leasing department in the leasing of concourse space, pushcart, and advertisement space
- Develop presence in social media platforms and integrate marketing events or promotion online
- Keep abreast with the latest marketing technologies and trends to uncover new marketing opportunities
- Monitor expenses and adhere to budget allocation
- Makes recommendations on best practices within chain
- Proactively monitor campaign ROIs, derive actionable insights and take prompt actions to conduct A/B testing and optimize marketing performance
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant field
- Min 3 years of experience in similar position, preferably with experience in retail environment
- Experience in organizing campaigns and events
- Strong marketing, communications and brand management skills, with proven interest in marketing-related fields
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
- Clear communicator and presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
