Position: Assistant Manager (Finance & Admin)

Location: Tuas, Singapore
Responsibilities:
· Financial strategy, funding, and cash flow planning.
· Review and approve payments and customer credit limits in line with company policies.
· Oversee monthly closing, cash position, and management reporting.
· Budgeting, forecasting, and cost efficiency initiatives.
· Debt recovery tracking; recommend actions.
· Internal and external audits, GST submissions, and corporate tax filings.
· Oversee corporate insurance policies including property, industrial, and liability coverage.
· Compliance with financial reporting and statutory regulations.
· Assist with regards to HR related matters.
Requirements
· Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
· –12 years of experience in finance, with 3 years in a managerial role.
· Strong background in financial operations, audit, tax, and compliance.
· Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
