We are seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist with strong numerical and analytical skills to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for executive and/or non-executive roles.
This role will partner with business units to address manpower needs, analyze recruitment metrics, and support process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities:
(i) Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and non-executive employees, including sourcing, initial screening, interviews, final selection up to offer stage.
Collaborate with business units to understand manpower needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to address current and future hiring requirements.
(ii) Process Improvement and Data Analysis
Drive process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and elevate the job seeker experience.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare recruitment dashboards and present key insights to management.
(iii) Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment activities with organizational goals.
Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
Requirements:
Possess a degree in any discipline with at least 2 years’ of relevant talent acquisition experience.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and recruitment platforms (e.g., ATS, Excel).
Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements or automation projects.
Good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
A strong relationship builder capable of engaging effectively across diverse groups and stakeholders.
