Assistant Manager/Manager, HR (Talent Acquisition)

Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle which involves creating job listings, sourcing of candidates through all channels, conducting interviews and extending job offers
- Engage line managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs and establish talent pipelines for critical roles
- Provide counsel to stakeholders on all matters pertaining to recruitment
- Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure good new hire experience
- Perform recruitment data analysis to support recruitment and market insights shared with line managers and HRBPs
Requirements
- Background in HR, Business Administration or any related disciplines
- 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment – prior inhouse recruitment and/or public sector experience would be advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
