The Assistant Manager/ Manager, Programme Operations, works closely with the Director of Conservation & Science and the Director of Climate & Sustainability to ensure delivery of the Conservation strategy.
This role provides operational support and oversight across the entire programme management cycle, covering projects under Community, Nature and Climate & Sustainability themes.
The successful candidate can operate at both strategic and operational levels, coordinating with Department Heads, Project Managers, WWF staff in implementing offices and external vendors and stakeholders to support completion of ongoing projects, drive new programme development and lead programme reporting.

Skills and Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or a relevant field.
At least 10 years of financial/programme management experience within an international organization, audit firm or charity with complex donor requirements.
Excellent knowledge of project accounting and programme operation management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data visualisation tools and comfortable working with large data sets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to prioritise and operate under tight deadlines
Experience working with international teams and achieving impact
Team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Having these are a plus
An interest in conservation and sustainability
