The Assistant Marketing Manager in Nalco Water Manufacturing industry will be responsible for design and execute marketing initiatives which are not limited to market study, organizing customer seminars and exhibition, develop regional strategy, preparing marketing and branding collaterals, and supporting in innovation and digital program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Market intelligence Research: Participates in conducting research in the following areas: industry trends, analysing customer buying drivers, competitor analysis, sales techniques, advertising performance, etc.
- Strategy Development and Program Management: program manage key strategic initiatives, such as Enterprise Selling, Digitalization and service value delivery
- Innovation Development Support: Prepares and coordinates innovation product marketing trials, product launch, hypercare and global/regional innovation report-out.
- Exhibition and collateral Support: Support creative planning and facilitate marketing event/tradeshows and customer seminars including advertising, collaterals design, social media, agenda preparation and booth display.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing/ Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry/ environmental engineering.
- Works with autonomy and comfortable with ambiguity
- hands-on in excel and powerpoint
- Preferred self-starter, energetic, responsible, team player
- may have night calls to learn from Europe and US counterparts
