Roles & Responsibilities
- Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works
- Liaise with M&E Consultants
- Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
- Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works
- Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients' project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc.
for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission - Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
- Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, with a recognised E&M Engineering Degree, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in managing E&M structural, architectural and E&M building services work of similar scale and complexity.
- Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction of transit projects
- Full understanding of the design and approval process and BCA TOP process
- Preferably with LTA project experience
