Restaurant & Bar Operation Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant & Bar Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service flow.
- Supervise and lead the service team, ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained.
- Support in staff scheduling, especially during weekends and public holidays.
- Handle reservations, guest complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
- Monitor food & beverage quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
- Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to staff to maintain service excellence.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are carried out properly.
- Assist in planning promotions, events, and marketing activities for the restaurant and bar.
- Report operational issues, sales performance, and customer feedback to the Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shift hours .
- Knowledge of bar operations and basic mixology will be an advantage.
