Job Description
As an
Operations Centre Engineer , you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and supporting the operational performance of IT and network infrastructure within the operations centre.
Your duties include proactively identifying and resolving system faults, coordinating incident response, and maintaining service availability and performance.
You will work closely with other technical teams to ensure smooth operations, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to effectively manage operational challenges and support business objectives
Responsibilities
Perform monitoring, analysis and escalation of real-time operation events.
Monitor various alarm alerts, activation of response team and prepare reports upon completion of operation.
Perform as MAC first responder for any systems defects
Perform inbound and outbound calls/group chat for defects coordination
Updating of PM / CM logs
Any other duties / jobs assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Knowledge in Infocomm Technology or equivalent
Able to work 12-hour shift including weekends or Public Holiday (depending on roster).
Open to contract, renewal
