We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on professional to lead and manage our catering operations team.
This role ensures smooth daily deliveries, event execution, and operational excellence across all areas of catering.
What You'll Do
- Plan and schedule daily catering deliveries to ensure timeliness and efficiency.
- Proactively monitor and resolve day-to-day delivery or logistic issues.
- Conduct daily briefings with staff on orders, special requests, and service standards.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team for peak performance and professionalism.
- Oversee on-site event logistics—setup, execution, and tear-down to meet client expectations.
- Supervise workflows including warehousing, inventory, and food safety compliance.
- Manage proper usage, cleanliness, and maintenance of vehicles and operational equipment.
- Ensure service quality and client satisfaction, implementing improvements when needed.
- Act as a backup driver during emergencies or staff shortages (if required).
What We're Looking For
- Experience in catering operations, logistics, or F&B management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with food hygiene regulations and SOP compliance.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Operations Manager role.
