We're looking for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless operations while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
Operations
Lead and guide the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations
Manage operational and financial metrics to achieve productivity and cost targets
Ensure continuity of 24-7 business operations, manage exceptions, and mitigate disruption
Drive continuous improvements in operational processes to improve business efficiency and effectiveness
Submit accurate monthly management reports in a timely manner
Ensure full compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in operations and managing a team
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) only
