We're looking for an Assistant Operations Manager (Arborist) to lead our operations team and oversee the health, beauty, and safety of green spaces under our care.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in planning, managing, and executing arboricultural and landscape maintenance projects.
You'll ensure that every project — from tree care to large-scale landscape works — meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise operations staff, arborists, and contractors in day-to-day field activities.
- Conduct tree inspections and assessments, recommending treatments and maintenance plans.
- Plan and oversee pruning, trimming, and removal works following arboricultural best practices.
- Manage landscape and tree projects from start to completion — ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Build strong client relationships and support business growth through quality service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Landscape, or related field.
- ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in landscape or arboricultural operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- A hands-on team player who thrives in outdoor environments.
