As an Assistant Outlet Manager (F&B), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficient staff performance, maintaining service standards, and managing inventory and equipment.
- Supervise all restaurant staff and ensure punctual attendance and proper uniform compliance, including name badge display.
- Motivate team members to uphold high service standards and maintain productivity and morale.
- Plan, organize, and communicate duty rosters in alignment with business forecasts and manpower requirements.
- Assist in preparing requisitions for General Store items and maintain optimal stock levels with cost-efficiency in mind.
- Monitor and control operating equipment to minimize losses and ensure availability.
- Conduct or assist with regular inventory checks of operating equipment in coordination with the stewarding team.
- Maintain daily restaurant service logbook and report to the Food & Beverage department as required.
- Perform any additional tasks as directed by management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of restaurant supervisory work experiences.
- Friendly and service-oriented.
- Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills.
