We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Installations & Integrations team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, leading teams on-site, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments, clients, and stakeholders.
This role will be part of the Installations & Integrations team and will report directly to the Project Director.
Depending on experience, the role will be appointed as Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate project activities, liaising closely with Operations, Projects, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth delivery and servicing for clients.
- Planning & Execution: Develop project timelines, monitor milestones, and manage resources to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide site teams during installations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards.
- Client Communication: Serve as a main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare quotations, project documentation, and progress reports; ensure all project requirements are tracked and delivered.
- Business Support: Assist in responding to sales enquiries, developing proposals, and generating new opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Relationship Management: Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Ad-hoc Support: Undertake other duties and projects as assigned by the team or management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or ITE qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Events Management, or related fields.
- 3 – 5 years of Project Management Experience.
- Highly motivated, independent, and able to perform under challenging conditions.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of Audio Visual / IT systems will be an added advantage.
- A collaborative team player, hands-on, and willing to work beyond office hours when necessary.
- Open to candidates with limited experience who are willing to learn and grow in the role.
